Home Advisor works across all of Hyderabad, Sindh. We cover Latifabad and Qasimabad, the older streets around Hirabad and Pakka Qila, the newer housing off Auto Bhan Road, and we cross the river to Kotri and Jamshoro.
Four things damage homes in this city: insects, seepage, summer heat and dirty stored water. One phone call covers all four.

Up to 10 years on termite
Same or next day
We are based in Latifabad. That matters more than it sounds. A team already in the city can reach a leaking roof in Hirabad the same morning. A team dispatched from Karachi cannot, and will add the travel to your bill.
Being local also means we know the ground. A house near the Phuleli Canal sits on soft river soil, and termites move through that soil easily. A house on higher ground behind Auto Bhan Road has a different risk. A tank filled by tanker in Site Area needs cleaning more often than one on mains supply. We do not have to be told any of this.

Hyderabad is one of the hottest cities in Pakistan and one of the driest. Both facts work against your building.
A bare concrete roof soaks up heat all day and releases it downward at night. That is why an upstairs bedroom in Latifabad is still hot at eleven o’clock.
Little rain falls here, so roofs get ignored. Then the monsoon drops most of the year’s water in two or three storms onto a slab that has been cracking for eleven months.
Brackish ground water sits close to the surface. Salt travels up through the plinth, pushes plaster off the wall and rusts the steel inside the concrete.
Soft Indus floodplain soil lets termites walk straight into your door frames, and water standing in roof tanks breeds mosquitoes right above the bedroom.
These problems feed each other. A damp wall brings cockroaches back into a house you treated last month. An open roof tank breeds dengue mosquitoes above your own bedroom. Fixing the building and the pests together costs far less than fixing each one after it fails.

Our pest control services in Hyderabad cover homes, shops, offices and factories. We do not use the same treatment everywhere. A biryani kitchen on Thandi Sarak, a family home in Latifabad Unit 7 and a godown in Site Area each need a different chemical and a different follow-up plan.
Every job starts with an inspection. The technician finds the species, traces how they are getting in, and checks for the damp patch that is usually feeding them.

We use two methods, usually together. Spray fumigation covers all indoor surfaces, wall-floor joints and along the skirting. Fogging pushes a fine mist into false ceilings, wall voids, drains and roof spaces.

Termites are the most expensive pest problem in this city, and the soil is the reason. They work upward from below the foundation and hollow out door frames, wardrobe backs and roof timber while the surface still looks fine.
We use non-repellent chemicals, which means the termites do not detect the treated soil. They walk through it, carry the chemical back, and pass it through the colony.

One female and her offspring can produce tens of thousands in a year in a warm kitchen, and Hyderabad kitchens are warm for eight months. Shop-bought sprays kill the ones you can see and push the rest deeper into the walls.
Our treatment uses gel bait plus a residual spray. Roaches feed on the gel and carry it back to where they hide, so it reaches the ones you never see. The spray handles the perimeter and the drain lines.
Follow-up included in the price
Kitchens stay operational
Bed bugs arrive in luggage, second-hand furniture and delivery boxes, and they can live for months without feeding. That is why hostels near the university see the same room come back every few months.
Eggs survive most chemicals, so a second treatment follows 10 to 14 days later. Skipping it is the main reason cheap treatments fail. We include it in the quote instead of selling it back to you later.

Hyderabad reports dengue cases every year from late August into November. The mosquito that carries it breeds in very small amounts of clean standing water — a plant saucer, an old tyre, a blocked roof drain, an open tank.
Rats and mice chew through wiring, spoil stored food and carry disease. A young rat gets through a gap about the width of your thumb.
Bait alone will not fix it. Sealing the entry points is what stops them returning, so we close gaps around pipes, cable runs, vents, thresholds and drains with steel wool, mesh and sealant. That sealing work is included in the price, not sold as an extra.
Proofing, not an upsell
Written, for audits

House lizards are harmless and nobody wants them in the kitchen. They are also a clue — lizards go where the insects are, so a lizard problem is almost always an insect problem you have not spotted yet.
We treat both halves: a low-odour repellent along ceilings, cornices and ventilator openings, plus a reduction of the insects they feed on. Without that second part they come back within weeks.
Safe on paint & wallpaper
Holds for the season
Monthly mosquito plans across Latifabad, Qasimabad and the whole of Hyderabad.

Seepage here is not a paint problem. Water and salt reach the steel bars inside the concrete slab. The steel rusts, rust takes up more space than steel, and the concrete cracks outward from the inside. With salty ground water and a high water table, that happens faster in Hyderabad than it does up north.
Our work starts with finding the leak, not with selling a product. The entry point is often nowhere near the damp patch you can see, because water travels sideways under the screed before it drops through.
Roofs and slabs · membrane or flexible coating
Wall seepage, rising damp on salt-affected plinths, bathrooms
Basements and foundations against a high water table
Overhead and underground tanks, potable-safe coatings
Emergency monsoon roof leakage treatment
We clean and repair the surface, apply a bonding primer, then lay the coating in several coats. The AC switches on less often and the bill drops in the first summer.
Lower roof surface temp
Cooler top-floor rooms

Almost every home here stores water, and many are filled by tanker rather than mains. Both tanks collect silt, rust, algae and a slimy layer on the walls. If your water tastes odd, smells earthy or leaves a residue in the kettle, the tank is usually the reason — not the supply.
Drain and remove settled sludge
Scrub walls, floor and ceiling, then vacuum out
High-pressure jetting for bonded deposits
Disinfect with food-grade sanitiser, rinse and dry
Three times on tanker supply
We serve the whole of Hyderabad district, and cross the river to Kotri and Jamshoro from the same Latifabad base.

Based in Latifabad. We do not pass jobs to subcontractors — the technician who arrives is trained by us and works for us.
WHO-approved chemicals that are safe for children and pets, and certified materials for waterproofing and heat proofing.
The quote is fixed before we start. Nothing is added afterwards, and every service comes with a warranty on paper.
Including emergency callouts during the monsoon and through dengue season.
Pest control, fumigation, termite, cockroach, bed bugs, mosquito, rodent, lizard, waterproofing, heat proofing and tank cleaning.
Restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and factories get documentation suitable for health and safety inspections.
The price depends on covered area, the type of pest and how far it has spread. A standard treatment for a normal Hyderabad home starts from around Rs. 4,000 to 6,000. Termite and specialist work is quoted per square foot. We inspect free and give you a fixed written price before starting.
Yes. We use WHO-approved chemicals with low odour. Everyone leaves during the spray and comes back three to four hours later, once the house has aired and the surfaces are dry. Cover fish tanks and switch the pumps off.
Our anti-termite treatment carries a written warranty of five to ten years, depending on the product used. Treatment applied to the foundation soil before construction lasts longest, which matters on the soft river soil found across most of this district.
Twice a year for a home tank — once before summer and once after the monsoon. Make it three times if you get water by tanker or your tank has no proper cover. Schools, hospitals and offices should clean every three months.
Yes. Our coatings are waterproof as well as reflective. One roof heat proofing treatment lowers the indoor temperature and seals the slab against monsoon seepage at the same time.
The roof surface typically drops 15 to 25 °C. Inside, most clients tell us their top-floor rooms run four to seven degrees cooler, and the AC runs noticeably less.
Yes, if a slot is free. Emergency roof leaks and urgent pest callouts come first, and we work seven days a week. Our team is based in Latifabad rather than sent from Karachi, so same-day is realistic across most of the city.
All of Hyderabad, Sindh — Latifabad, Qasimabad, Hirabad, Saddar, Pakka Qila, Auto Bhan Road, Hala Naka, Citizen Colony, Site Area, Cantt, Tando Yousuf and Tando Jam among others. We also cover Kotri, Jamshoro, Tando Muhammad Khan and Matiari.
Yes. We provide pest control, fumigation, IPM programmes, waterproofing, heat proofing and water tank cleaning for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, warehouses, plazas and housing societies.
Yes. Every service comes with a written warranty — up to ten years on termite treatment, and five to ten years on waterproofing and heat proofing. If the problem returns inside that period we re-treat free.
