Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Home Advisor (“we”, “us”, “our”) for pest control, fumigation, waterproofing, heat proofing, water tank cleaning and related services across Pakistan. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Home Advisor provides professional services for residential, commercial and industrial properties, including but not limited to:

Solutions
Booking, Quotes and Approval (Chat, Call & On-Site)
Requests can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp or in-person. Quotes are based on the information provided and site inspection where required. The final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing (via quotation, email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be as per the approved quotation.
- For most projects, an advance payment is required (typically 40%–50%), with the balance due after completion.
- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer or other agreed channels.
- Delays in payment may affect warranties and future services.
Service Execution
- Our team uses approved products and follows industry best practices.
- Access to the property, utilities (water/electricity where needed) and cooperation from the client are required for timely completion.
- Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Safety and Responsibility
- We take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and the environment.
- Clients are advised to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our team.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect use of the property or failure to follow instructions.
Warranties and Limitations
- Warranty periods vary by service (e.g. termite treatment, waterproofing) and will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
- Warranties cover the specified scope only and are subject to proper maintenance and usage.
- Our liability is limited to re-treatment or repair as per the agreed warranty terms.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
