Home Advisor treats termites in homes, offices, shops and commercial buildings across Hyderabad, with a written warranty of five to ten years. Our Sindh teams reach Latifabad, Qasimabad, Hyderabad Cantt, Saddar and Hirabad the same day.
Inspection is free, the quotation is fixed, and most properties are completed in a single working day — without your family having to move out.
Hyderabad sits on the Indus floodplain in a hot, canal-fed pocket of Sindh. Three local conditions make termite proofing here more urgent than most homeowners realise.
Unlike the stiff clays of northern Punjab, Hyderabad sits on soft sandy-silt alluvium left by the Indus. Subterranean termites tunnel through it quickly and easily, often reaching a foundation without ever building the visible mud tubes people look for on outside walls. By the time damage shows indoors, the colony is already established.
The Phuleli and Naseer canals, along with dense irrigation channels around Latifabad, Qasimabad and Hala Naka, keep sub-soil moisture high year round. Termites need constant moisture to survive, and permanently damp foundation soil is exactly the environment a colony needs to stay active through Hyderabad’s dry, 45°C summers.
Hirabad, Saddar, Pucca Qila, Gari Khata and the Cantt lanes are full of pre-partition houses built with timber roof joists, wooden beams, staircases and the framing of Hyderabad’s traditional wind catchers. That wood is structural, not decorative — a colony in it is a load-bearing problem, not a cosmetic one.
Most people postpone treatment while the damage still looks minor — a soft patch on a door frame that doesn’t feel urgent yet.
The arithmetic works against that instinct. Treating an average house is a one-off cost that comes with a warranty attached. Replacing termite-eaten joinery is not. A single hardwood door, one fitted wardrobe, or a run of kitchen cabinets can cost several times what a preventive treatment would have. In older Hyderabad houses with timber roof structures, the numbers shift sharply again, because structural wood has to be repaired alongside the decorative.
There is a hidden cost at resale, too. Termite damage found during a property survey pulls buyer offers down fast. A live termite proofing certificate does the opposite.

No equipment needed. Walk your property and look carefully at these six places — early termite activity almost always shows up in one of them first.
Look for narrow lines of dried mud running upward from the floor. This is the clearest single sign that subterranean termites are active.
Tap the lower six inches of each frame with a knuckle. A hollow, papery sound means the inside has already been eaten out.
Pull out the lowest shelf and check the back panel and base. Damage starts here long before it ever shows at the front.
Files, old books and cardboard boxes in storerooms are often attacked before any furniture is touched.
Persistent damp attracts colonies. Look for blistered paint or lifting plaster with no obvious leak behind it.
Check the outside face of walls near ground level, plus dead roots, buried stumps and damp patches in the garden.
If anything on this list looks suspicious, arrange an inspection. A contained colony costs a fraction of one that has reached an entire floor structure.
Soil treatment stops what comes from beneath. Wood treatment deals with what is already inside. Most Hyderabad properties need both.
Applied before flooring is laid — a termiticide barrier in the foundation trenches, the plinth fill and along external wall lines, so every square foot of the building rests on treated soil.
It is the cheapest and strongest option: no drilling, no restoration, and warranties up to ten years. Particularly worthwhile in Hyderabad, where loose alluvial soil and canal-fed moisture can open termite routes to a new structure within months of completion.
For buildings already standing, the barrier is built from above. Holes are drilled at set intervals along the floor-to-wall junction and the perimeter, then termiticide is injected under pressure into the soil beneath.
Every drill point is sealed and the finish restored before we leave. In older Hyderabad houses we survey beams, joists and roof spaces too — treating soil alone leaves the colony living happily above the barrier.
Door and window frames, wardrobes, kitchen units, wooden panelling, staircases, roof beams and furniture are treated with equipment that reaches into joints, hinges and back panels.
Furniture with live infestation is treated by direct injection into the affected sections, not surface spray alone — this is what protects timber sitting above the soil barrier.
Our technicians use the inspection and scheduled follow-up visits to find the specific weak points on your property: cracks in floor slabs, damp around bathrooms and kitchens, planters built hard against external walls, dead tree roots near boundaries, firewood or cartons stored on bare ground.
Commercial properties in Site Area, Market Tower and the Cantt benefit from annual contracts with scheduled visits.
Our technician visits, measures, and gives you one price on paper. Nothing is added afterwards.
Clients ask what a treatment day actually looks like. Here is the standard sequence for an average Hyderabad home.
The technician walks the property with you, reviews its condition against the agreed quotation, and identifies which rooms need furniture pulled away from the walls.
12 mm holes are drilled at roughly one-foot intervals along wall bases and the building perimeter, positioned to minimise disturbance to tiles and marble.
Termiticide is injected at pressure into each drill point so it spreads laterally through the soil and forms one continuous, unbroken barrier.
Wooden fixtures, furniture frames and roof timbers receive surface treatment and direct injection wherever live activity is found.
Every drill point is sealed and finished, furniture is put back in place, and the site is cleaned thoroughly.
You receive a certificate stating the product used, the dosage applied, and the exact warranty period on company letterhead.
Nobody needs to move out. We only ask that children and pets stay clear of the working area while the team is on site. Larger properties or severe infestations may need two days.
Four termiticide formulations are commonly used in Pakistan. They differ in residual life, how they move through soil, and whether termites can detect them.
Fipronil 2.5% EC
Undetectable to termites; picked up on contact and carried back into the colony
Up to 7 years
Fipronil 5% SC
Higher concentration with the longest residual life of the four
7–10 years
Imidacloprid
Slow-acting; spreads through the colony by contact and feeding over time
6–8 years
Bifenthrin
Fast-acting exclusion barrier that blocks and kills on contact
5–7 years
Termites cannot detect Fipronil or Imidacloprid, so they walk straight through treated soil, pick up the active ingredient, and pass it to nestmates through grooming and feeding. That eliminates the colony rather than merely stopping its movement. Repellents like Bifenthrin work by exclusion instead — effective, but only if the barrier has no gaps. In Hyderabad’s loose alluvial soil, where settlement and canal-fed moisture can open small voids, non-repellents are the safer choice for post-construction work.
Home Advisor carries all the major brands. After inspection we recommend the formulation that suits your property and budget and explain the reasoning in full — and if you prefer a specific product based on research, past experience or an architect’s specification, we will arrange it.
Every product is registered with the Department of Plant Protection, applied at label dosage, and low or no odour, keeping the property safe for children, elderly residents and pets.
Killing the termites you can see does nothing to the colony underground. That is why a shop-bought spray appears to work for two weeks, then the problem reappears in another room.

One-time cost with free re-treatment in warranty
Termite treatment is priced per square foot of treated area, so no accurate quote can be given without seeing the property first. Four factors set the figure.
Total square footage needing treatment, including basements and ground floors.
Treating one affected room costs considerably less than dealing with activity across a whole floor.
Fipronil 5% SC costs more up front but buys a materially longer warranty.
Marble and tiled floors, basements and old timber-framed buildings need more drilling and more labour.
Our inspection is free and the quotation that follows is firm, with nothing added afterwards. Be wary of any price quoted before seeing your property, or of figures well below the market — they usually indicate underdosed work that fails quickly.

Written 5–10 year warranty on company letterhead, stating the product name, dosage and warranty period.
Certified termite technicians trained in dosage calculation, drilling patterns and safe handling — not just spraying.
Sealed, registered products. We show you the unopened container before mixing, so you know exactly what enters your home.
One fixed quotation issued after inspection. The price listed is the price paid.
Free re-treatment at any point inside the warranty period.
Experience with older properties. Surveying a Hirabad or Pucca Qila house with timber roof structures is a different job to surveying a new Qasimabad build, and we approach them differently.
There is no shortage of termite control companies in Hyderabad. Few will hand you documentation of product, dosage and warranty terms before taking payment. We do — and when you are comparing quotes around the city, ask every specialist you speak to for that same document. It is the fairest way to compare.

The cost is calculated per square foot of treated area and depends on property size, infestation level and the termiticide chosen. Inspection is free and the quotation issued afterwards is firm — call 0300 8503029 to arrange an assessment.
Most homes are completed within one working day. Larger properties, commercial buildings and severe infestations may take two days.
No. Termiticides are applied directly into soil and wood rather than released into the air, and they are low or no odour, so you can stay throughout. We only ask that children and pets keep clear of the working area.
Yes, when applied correctly. All products are registered with the Department of Plant Protection, dosed to label specification by trained technicians, and become inert once dry. Treated areas are safe within about 24 hours.
Between five and ten years depending on the formulation. Fipronil 5% SC gives up to ten years, and your certificate lists the exact period.
Re-treatment of the affected area is free for the full duration of the warranty. That commitment is stated in writing on your certificate.
Yes, and it should be. Older Hirabad, Saddar and Pucca Qila properties with timber roof structures need their beams, joists and roof space surveyed alongside the soil treatment. We cover both.
Yes. Pre-construction anti termite treatment is the most cost-effective protection available and is applied before flooring is laid. Contact us at foundation stage to avoid expensive floor restoration later.
Yes. Our Hyderabad teams cover Jamshoro, Kotri, Tando Jam, Tando Allahyar and Matiari, and visits to more than one location can be scheduled together.
Same-day or next-day service is usually available depending on your location. Call 0300 8503029 or send your address on WhatsApp to confirm a slot.
