Yes. We use WHO approved, odourless and low-toxicity chemicals applied by trained technicians in controlled doses. For most treatments you only need to stay out of the treated area for a few hours. We share simple pre and post treatment instructions so kids, pets and pregnant women stay completely safe.
Pre-construction treatment is done during building — the soil, foundation and plinth area are treated to create a chemical barrier before flooring. Post-construction treatment is for existing buildings and uses drilling, injection and spraying to reach termite colonies already inside walls, floors and woodwork.
Our team first inspects the property to locate the colony and entry points. We then drill at fixed intervals along walls and floors, inject termiticide under pressure, seal the holes and treat all wooden fixtures. A follow-up visit confirms the colony is eliminated.

We provide roof waterproofing, wall damp proofing, basement and water tank waterproofing, bathroom and kitchen leakage treatment, and expansion joint sealing. After identifying the source of seepage we apply membrane or chemical coating systems suited to that surface, with a service warranty.
